Description
The purpose of this role is to lead, develop, and deliver a high-quality coaching programme for the University of Essex Netball Club.
The Head Coach will be responsible for creating a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven environment that supports the growth and success of all players/team. The coach will work closely with the University’s sports department (Essex Sport and Student Union), team captains, and wider support staff to ensure all training sessions and match preparations are effective, engaging, and aligned with BUCS competition requirements.
This role is key in shaping the long-term success and culture of the netball programme at Essex, with a focus on athlete development, team cohesion, and competitive excellence.
*The role will require a minimum of a UKCC level 2 qualification* Lead and deliver high-quality netball coaching sessions for our university netball club players (1st and 2nd Team).
