Students’ Union UCL is seeking a Deputy Fitness Centre Manager to lead front-of-house operations and enhance the member experience across our gym sites.
The role is largely on site with an 80:20 split and requires flexibility for late, early, and weekend shifts; some days may be worked from home. You will optimize the member journey from joining to retention and work with teams to deliver excellent service.
