Sitting at the intersection of marketing, communications and member experience, and spanning all three home nations, you will plan and deliver campaigns and lifecycle communications that drive member acquisition, retention and engagement.

You will develop and deliver targeted membership campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels — driving acquisition, retention and win-back. You will work closely with CRM and digital colleagues to optimise member lifecycle communications, collaborate with teams across the organisation to strengthen the membership proposition, and use data and insight to continuously improve campaign performance and member experience.

We’re searching for someone with at least three years’ marketing experience and a proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns. You will have a strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention principles, hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, be a digital marketing native and have the confidence to use data and insight to drive decisions and report on performance.

You will be an excellent communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and brings a commercially aware, audience‑led approach to everything you do. Experience in membership, sport, charity or a governing body environment would be a welcome advantage. Successful working relationships are key to any role. Our new Membership Marketing Manager will report into the Head of Marketing.
