The predicted salary is between 20000 - 22000 £ per year.

Contract type: Permanent, Full Time, 36.25 hours per week, including substantial evenings and weekends. (We offer flexibility in core working hours and provide time off in lieu for any additional hours worked.)

Location: Home-based, ideally within the South East region, as extensive travel is required across Essex, Herts, Bucks, Oxfordshire, Berks, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex, Kent, Greater London.

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, subject to experience (plus London Weighting of £2,356, if applicable). This role also includes an additional Car Allowance of £3,500 - £4,000.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll be a friendly face and trusted presence, bringing people together across Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent, and Greater London, helping clubs and communities feel supported and confident every step of the way.
  • Support the growth, governance, and sustainability of our club network.
  • Encourage and champion volunteers, coaches, and committees, so they can create welcoming, memorable experiences for every member.
  • Assist in the delivery of national priorities in areas such as membership growth, workforce development, tackling inequalities, and safeguarding.

  • You’re a passionate, engaging, and proactive sports development professional who understands the powerful role clubs play in driving the sport of triathlon.
  • You’ll bring proven experience in club or community sport development.
  • A strong understanding of club governance, coach, and volunteer support.
  • Confidence working on the ground with a wide range of people.
  • Commitment, empathy, and a genuine love for helping others succeed.
