Dywedodd yr Uwch-arolygydd David Rams: "Mae ein swyddogion Cymorth Cymunedol yr Heddlu yn rhan annatod o deulu Heddlu Trafnidiaeth Prydeinig. Maent yn cyflawni gwaith hanfodol ar draws y rhwydwaith rheilffyrdd i gadw teithwyr a staff yn ddiogel. Mae BTP yn chwilio am PCSO's i ymuno â'n tîm, gan amddiffyn a gwasanaethu amgylchedd y rheilffordd a'i chymuned i leihau aflonyddwch, troseddu ac ofn troseddu. Mae'r rôl hon yn hanfodol i'n cenhadaeth. Fel PCSO's y Swyddfa Gartref, mae PCSO's BTP yn canolbwyntio ar orfodi Is-ddeddfau BTP o fewn yr amgylchedd rheilffyrdd, gan gynnig cyfrifoldebau amrywiol lle nad oes dau ddiwrnod yr un fath.

Mae cyfrifoldebau'n cynnwys:

  • cynnal patrolau gweladwy mewn gorsafoedd,
  • gofalu am ddioddefwyr,
  • rheoli bygythiadau diogelwch,
  • ymchwiliadau i droseddau bach,
  • meithrin perthnasoedd cymunedol,
  • a chefnogi swyddogion heddlu.

Dylai ymgeiswyr delfrydol ddangos gwydnwch, sgiliau gwasanaeth cwsmeriaid rhagorol, ac angerdd dros ymgysylltu â'r gymuned ac adeiladu partneriaethau. Dylai PCSO's fod yn barod i weithio sifftiau, gan gynnwys penwythnosau a gwyliau banc.

Lleoliadau: Rydym yn chwilio am PCSO's yn ein Hadran C: Bangor, Caerwysg, Rhydychen, Plymouth, Pontypridd, Reading a Swindon. Ar gyfer lleoliadau swyddi yng Nghymru, mae'r gallu i siarad Cymraeg yn ddymunol ond nid yn sgil hanfodol yn y broses ddethol.

Cyflog cystadleuol: £27,338.69 a lwfans sifftiau hyd at 20%. Derbynnir lwfans sifft o 15% ar ôl cwblhau 8 wythnos o hyfforddiant. Gall lwfans sifftiau fod hyd at 20% ond bydd yn ddiofyn i 15% yn y lle cyntaf. Bydd hyn yn cynyddu o flwyddyn i flwyddyn, nes i chi gyrraedd pwynt uchaf y golofn gyflog. Manteision gan gynnwys 28 diwrnod o wyliau sy'n codi i 30 diwrnod, manteision teithio, a mynediad at gyfleoedd datblygu mewnol.

  • Rydych chi wedi bod yn aflwyddiannus yn ystod y 6 mis diwethaf ar gyfer rôl PCSO gyda BTP.
  • Rydych chi wedi bod yn aflwyddiannus yn dilyn gwiriadau fetio BTP o fewn y 12 mis diwethaf.
  • Rydych chi erioed wedi derbyn dedfryd o garchar.
  • Rydych chi wedi cael eich diswyddo o heddlu arall o'r blaen.
  • Rydych chi wedi cael eich datgan yn fethdalwr, mae gennych chi CCJ neu IVA heb ei reoli.
  • Mae gennych chi datŵs sy'n cael eu hystyried yn sarhaus.
  • Nid oes gennych hawl barhaol i fyw a gweithio yn y DU.
