Responsibilities:

  • Lead on a varied portfolio of resourcing activity, developing tailored recruitment solutions
  • Utilise all available resourcing tools for advertising, direct sourcing, and agency engagement
  • Drive improvements and modernisation within the recruitment function
  • Act as first point of contact for resourcing matters, providing expert advice to stakeholders

Note: Successful candidates who are not based in London will be expected to travel to London for assessment centres (usually held on a Saturday and Sunday, sporadically throughout the year depending on need).

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates using multiple channels
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver recruitment solutions
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice and regulatory requirements
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience of establishing productive working relationships with colleagues and candidates (internally and externally) across all levels of seniority
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent experience in resourcing or related field
