The Opportunity
Are you looking for your next exciting career move? British Transport Police have an excellent opportunity for a Resourcing Advisor to join the Resourcing Team. As a Resourcing Advisor with BTP, you will provide expert recruitment and resourcing support across specialist business areas, ensuring best practice and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
What you'll be doing
- Lead on a varied portfolio of resourcing activity, developing tailored recruitment solutions
- Utilise all available resourcing tools for advertising, direct sourcing, and agency engagement
- Drive improvements and modernisation within the recruitment function
- Act as first point of contact for resourcing matters, providing expert advice to stakeholders
What you'll bring to the team
- Proven experience in sourcing candidates using multiple channels
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver recruitment solutions
- Knowledge of recruitment best practice and regulatory requirements
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience of establishing productive working relationships with colleagues and candidates (internally and externally) and across all levels of seniority
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent experience in resourcing or related field
