Are you looking for your next exciting career move? British Transport Police have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join the Resourcing Team. As a Recruitment Advisor with BTP, you will provide expert recruitment and resourcing support across specialist business areas, ensuring best practice and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead on a varied portfolio of resourcing activity, developing tailored recruitment solutions
  • Utilise all available resourcing tools for advertising, direct sourcing, and agency engagement
  • Drive improvements and modernisation within the recruitment function
  • Act as first point of contact for resourcing matters, providing expert advice to stakeholders

Successful candidates who are not based in London will be expected to travel to London for assessment centres, usually held on a Saturday and Sunday (sporadically throughout the year depending on need).

What You'll Bring To The Team

  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates using multiple channels
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver recruitment solutions
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice and regulatory requirements
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience of establishing productive working relationships with colleagues and candidates (internally and externally) and across all levels of seniority
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent experience in resourcing or related field

Vetting: Successful applicants will be required to pass Recruitment Vetting (minimum 3 years UK residency), including full background and financial checks.
