British Sugar is seeking a temporary Laboratory Sampling Assistant at our Bury St Edmunds site. The role runs from October 2026 to February 2027 (to be confirmed) with an hourly rate of £13.79 and a 5‑day week, 7:30am–4pm. You will collect factory samples, update inventory, prepare and analyse samples, and record results while maintaining a safe, organised work area.
