Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary customer contact, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Support Account Managers with updates on orders, changes, complaints, and analysis.
- Maintain order book in line with contracts and service level agreements.
- Handle enquiries on pricing, products, and lead times within contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to manage fulfilment strategies and resolve critical service issues.
- Lead complaint handling and ensure prompt resolution.
