As Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will serve as the primary interface between customers and the internal organisation, managing daily operational interactions to maximise customer satisfaction and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary customer contact, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Support Account Managers with updates on orders, changes, complaints, and analysis.
- Maintain order book in line with contracts and service level agreements.
- Handle enquiries on pricing, products, and lead times within contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to manage fulfilment strategies and resolve critical service issues.
- Lead complaint handling and ensure prompt resolution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost customer satisfaction and commercial value.
- Provide service analysis and reporting for internal reviews and customer PDCA visits.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, including 5S and ergonomic standards.
- Represent Customer Services in cross-functional meetings and deputise for Team Managers when needed.
