About this role: The EPC Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) team to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of solar PV and battery energy storage projects. Acting as a central point of contact, the role supports project teams by managing documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between internal departments and external stakeholders. This is an office-based role, based in Shepton Mallet, Somerset, two days a week.

What we need from you:

  • Support the EPC team in the day-to-day administration of solar and battery project delivery across multiple sites.
  • Maintain project documentation, including formal reporting, project trackers, and schedules to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Assist in preparing and issuing technical and commercial documentation such as purchase orders, subcontracts, and scopes of work.
  • Monitor project progress and flag risks or delays to the relevant teams.
  • Coordinate communication and documentation flow between internal teams (engineering, procurement, health and safety, construction) and third parties (contractors, suppliers, consultants).
  • Organise and minute meetings and ensuring follow-up.
  • Support the management of EPC contracts by tracking obligations, key deliverables, and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems, processes, and templates.
