About this role: British Solar Renewables is looking for an O&M Account Manager to join our established Asset Operations team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients across solar and BESS portfolios, ensuring they receive a responsive and high-quality service while helping maximise the performance of the assets. This role can be based in our Head Office in Shepton Mallet or our London office.

What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the main point of contact for Asset Owners and Asset Managers.
- Leading client reporting, including monthly and annual O&M performance reports and operational insight.
- Coordinating issue resolution, client communications and operational updates.
- Ensuring contractual obligations are delivered on time, including service delivery, SLA response and availability commitments.
- Working closely with internal teams to prioritise plant issues, manage budgets and support contract renewals or variations.
- Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and develop value-led proposals for clients.
Skills you’ll need:
- Proven experience in account management, ideally in a renewable, technical, operational or service-led environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to manage client needs and expectations.
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and stakeholders at once.
- Strong project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- An interest in renewable energy, with solar PV, BESS or asset management knowledge welcomed but not essential.
