Wolfson College, Cambridge are looking for a W3 coach in preparation for May Bumps next term.
Role Requirements
- The candidate will need to have coaching experience, preferably with crews of mixed ability.
- They will be willing to take ‘ownership’ over the crew with tailored coaching and feedback for individuals to improve.
- This position will only go ahead if we have enough rowers at the beginning of term, so an acceptance of uncertainty is necessary.
- 3 outings per week, 2 land sessions per term.
