St Anne’s College Boat Club, Oxford – Senior Men’s Rowing Coach
St Anne’s College Boat Club (SABC) is looking to recruit a Senior Men’s Coach for the academic year 2025/2026, who would be coaching the St Anne’s College M1.
We have seen success in eights and external regattas, and are hoping to do even more races next year. We are low in the divisions for Torpids and Eights given our ability – which means a great chance at blades! We have a great Empacher shell; 8 Boathouse ergs; college gym; college erg room; and a coaching launch. As one of the biggest Oxford colleges, we have a huge talent pool to draw from.
We are looking for an ambitious, dedicated and hard-working individual who will take responsibility for athletic conditioning, technique, race plans, training plans and crew setting. This role will help you grow in experience, develop your leadership and potentially win competitions, whilst getting paid. We are an incredibly friendly club on a steep upward trajectory (+2 in recent Eights).
Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications
Type: 10-12 hours a week, across 4-7 sessions
