St Anne’s College Boat Club, Oxford – Senior Men’s Coach

St Anne’s College Boat Club (SABC) is seeking a Senior Men’s Coach for the academic year 2025/2026 to coach the St Anne’s College M1 crew.

The crew has shown significant momentum: the fastest Anne’s M1 in over a decade, with competitive aspirations, supported by a strong M2 and developing M3.

The role requires 4-6 coaching sessions per week during Oxford term time, generally scheduled as follows: 6:30am, 5:30pm, and 7pm on weekdays; flexible times on Saturday; and 1pm or 3pm on Sunday. The coach will also be responsible for creating vacation training plans and ensuring athletic performance goals are met, utilizing paid time accordingly.

We offer competitive pay, with average crew 2km times available upon request.
