Edinburgh University Boat Club is seeking a qualified rowing coach to lead the Talent Transition and Beginner Programme, working with the existing coaching team. You will identify talent across sports backgrounds and create a pathway into performance rowing, with ties to national programmes.
You will operate within a high-performance culture, supporting athletes academically and athletically while coordinating with strength, physiotherapy and sport psychology colleagues.
