Lymington Rowing Club is seeking a qualified rowing coach who can work across our race sections, working alongside our professional junior coach and volunteer coaches. The role is to supplement and support our existing coaches across all race squads potentially covering sessions during the weekdays as well as at weekends. There is flexibility with exact hours depending on the candidate.

Qualifications and Experience: We encourage candidates who have experience working with both adults and children but would also consider an experienced graduate/gap year student looking for their first steps into coaching. A British Rowing Level 2 coaching and RYA PowerBoat 2 would be desirable but qualification by experience is also considered. Those without will also be considered if working towards these qualifications and support may be provided depending on the applicant.

Salary: Volunteer or Dependant on Experience

Type: Part Time to suit the applicant but ideally to include both weekdays and weekends.
