Royal Holloway Boat Club invites applications for a Novice & Recreational Squad Coach to support beginners and recreational rowers during the 2026-2027 season.
Reporting to the Competitive Squad Coach and Club Committee, you will deliver a structured, block-based training plan, guide athletes through progression, and help the squad compete at regional and national events. Training consists of three weekly sessions (one erg, two water).
