Head Coach – Brasenose College Boat Club, Oxford

Brasenose College Boat Club (University of Oxford) are seeking a new Head Coach for the 2026/2027 academic year.

We are preparing to build upon the success of our bumps races last year, with over 40 returning members from across the men’s and women’s squads. Our aim is to put on a strong performance during Torpids and Eights, as well as compete in a host of external events culminating in Henley.

The Head Coach will be in charge of writing the training programs for both the Men’s and Women’s squads, overseeing senior crews as well as liaising with both the Assistant Coaches to ensure continuity of technique throughout the club especially with incoming novices. The plan is also for training camps in each vacation between terms, with current plans for one to be international.

The club is a very friendly environment, with coaches being invited to College Dinners after race events and a strong communication with the college rowing comittee.
