St Leonard’s School, Durham is seeking a Rowing Club Lead to develop and deliver a high-quality programme for students of all abilities. You will run on-water, ergometer and land-based training, lead competitions and help grow rowing across the school and wider Trust.
The role requires safeguarding commitment, strong communication, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends, attending weekend regattas as needed. This is a 25-hour-per-week, permanent post across five days.
