As our Office Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your support will be vital in creating a welcoming environment for our team and visitors, handling essential administrative tasks, and contributing directly to the productivity of the entire office. The ideal candidate will be an organised, self-motivated problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional office environment.
- Manage the office supplies inventory, including ordering, stocking, and distributing.
- Coordinate office layouts, moves, and space planning.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Manage office security, including facilitating access to the office.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Management and triaging of the general office email inboxes and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and organising food.
- Maintain filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases.
- Processing of staff documentation, contracts and other paperwork.
