British Rowing is seeking a Head of Rowing to lead the junior programme, guiding year-group development and competitive progression. The role involves coaching, organising sessions, and supervising a small team across land and water training at our Thames tideway base in Chiswick.
The successful candidate will drive training plans, uphold club and British Rowing policies, and coordinate with captains and volunteers to deliver a safe, inclusive environment for young rowers.
