Kingston is seeking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic individual to take on the assistant rowing coach role of the Junior program. The position will involve many opportunities for developing young athletes and guiding potential crews and athletes at regattas such as National Schools, Henley Royal Regatta, and Henley Women’s Regatta.

Kingston has a large junior program of 80 athletes, which it is very excited and supportive of, and has had much success in recent years, hoping to further it still. You will also work alongside the Head of Junior Rowing in season planning and creating training programs. The role will be part-time. Applicants would be expected to work weekends, whether that be training or regattas. Attendance at the club's rowing camp is required.

All candidates must have a safeguarding qualification for working with children, or a willingness to obtain one after starting. Must have a general knowledge of rowing and the UK rowing system. Preferably, candidates should have 2 seasons of coaching experience or years as a competitive rower.
