Hexham Rowing Club seeks a Lead Junior Rowing Coach to inspire and develop young rowers from beginners to competition level. You’ll lead a small coaching team, work with parents and volunteers, and ensure safeguarding and safe practice at all times, in line with club procedures.
The role is part-time (8 hours a week) with outdoor training on the River Tyne, weekend events, and flexible hours for additional coaching as needed.
