FRBC are seeking an Accessibility Lead to drive inclusive practice across all programmes by co‑designing activities with participants, supporting adaptive delivery, training staff and volunteers, and developing partnerships that strengthen access for disabled and neurodivergent people.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion inclusion across all FRBC programmes, facilities, and communications
- Facilitate co-production, embedding participant voice in the design, delivery, and evaluation of activities
- Support programme delivery, adapting activities to suit physical, sensory, or neurodiverse needs
- Provide training and guidance for staff and volunteers on accessibility and inclusive practice
- Develop partnerships with organisations supporting disabled and neurodivergent people
- Ensure flexible opportunities for participation (1:1 support, small groups, quieter slots, or land‑based options)
- Monitor impact, collect feedback, and share learning with the Chief of Community Development and senior team
