Barnes Bridge Ladies are seeking a Development Squad coach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop our squad, focusing on progression across the full range of experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our existing coaching team and volunteer captains to shape training plans and long-term athlete development.
  • Lead regular training sessions (weekday evenings and weekends), with support for training camps and racing commitments.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Coaching experience with both Senior and Masters athletes, ideally within a club or university environment.
  • A track record of developing rowers and crews across a range of experience levels, from novice through to competitive racers.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to tailor feedback to individuals and crews.
  • A current British Rowing Coaching Award (or be working towards one).
  • A flexible, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
