Emanuel School Boat Club is seeking a Deputy Director of Rowing to lead coaching, athlete development and the day-to-day running of our rowing program. The role combines coaching, administration and logistics, with direct responsibility for the J15 Squad and oversight of J14/J13 programmes.
Working under the Director of Rowing, the Deputy will drive safety, organise fixtures, manage communications with parents and staff, and coordinate the wider coaching team.
