Love Rowing, the charitable foundation of British Rowing, is seeking a visionary Foundation Director to lead its next phase of growth. This full-time, flexible role is ideal for a strategic fundraiser and entrepreneurial leader passionate about social impact.
The Foundation Director will:
- Develop and secure new funding streams, including multi-year partnerships with major donors and foundations.
- Lead governance, financial oversight, and project accountability.
- Collaborate with a newly appointed Project & Impact Manager, part-time contractors, volunteers, and a hands-on Board of Trustees.
- Represent the charity at events and build relationships across the rowing and philanthropic landscape.
Essential experience includes:
- Proven success in fundraising and donor relationship management.
- Securing significant funding (£100k +) for transformational projects.
- Leadership and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication, advocacy, and impact measurement skills.
No later than 25th November 2025 at 12noon.
Location: Flexible, with travel to events and British Rowing HQ in Hammersmith, London.
Salary: £58,000 (subject to review after 6 months and annually thereafter)
