From recruitment and onboarding to health, wellbeing and performance processes, you will ensure every colleague feels supported, valued and able to contribute at their best.

This is a pivotal role in shaping a positive, high‑performing culture. • Run HR clinics (online, Hammersmith, Caversham).
  • Own all HR systems, procedures and processes.
  • Monitor and brief the business on employment law changes.
  • Ensure statutory employment law compliance.

This list is not to be regarded as exclusive or exhaustive; British Rowing may call upon the post‑holder to perform other reasonable duties from time to time.
