The GB Rowing Team is seeking to recruit two Olympic programme coaches for our Men’s and Women’s squads in time for the start of the 2026 season (October 2025). This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the success of one of the world’s leading rowing nations as we continue our journey towards LA2028 and Brisbane 2032.
If you are a highly motivated and experienced coach who can bring further technical expertise, innovation and leadership to our programmes while adding value to our World Class team of coaches and support staff then this could be for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop athletes within the Olympic squad environment
- Implement world-class coaching methodologies and training programmes
- Support an aligned approach to rower development throughout the GBRT Olympic Pathway
- Collaborate with the wider GB Rowing Team staff to optimise performance
- Contribute to a high-performance culture focused on excellence and athlete development
A bit about you: We welcome applications from coaches with:

Besides the salary and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) pro rata, you’ll also get:

Additional Information: Interested coaches are invited to submit a current CV and covering letter by Friday 27 June 2025. The cover letter must specify whether to be considered for the Men’s squad, Women’s squad, or both, and outline why. Interviews will take place at Caversham between Wednesday 16th and Friday 18th July 2025.
