Building Control Surveyor (BSR Class 2A/2ABD) – Enfield (EN1-EN6), North London Salary:

Full-time (37.5 hours) The Opportunity We are seeking a Building Control Surveyor to join a growing Building Control team, covering the EN1 to EN6 postcode area. Ideally you will be BSR Class 2ABD, though an experienced Class 2A RBI will also be considered. This role is not suitable for a newly qualified surveyor or a Class 1 RBI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in residential and low-risk non-residential projects who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and professional environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with Building Regulations while delivering a high-quality service to clients, contractors, and stakeholders across Enfield and the surrounding area.
