The Refugee Council is seeking an experienced Safeguarding, Risk & Incidents Manager to lead safeguarding, incident, complaint, risk and data protection processes. As Deputy DPSC and Deputy DSLO, you will provide expert advice, oversee complex cases, support learning, and help ensure safe, compliant services.
You will work with quality and operations to drive improvements and strengthen governance, improving outcomes for refugees and asylum seekers.
