Location: Based in Woodstock, covering Wantage, Hungerford, Warminster, Chippenham, Corsham, Cirencester

Salary: £29,026.65 per annum

Hours: 35 per week

Contract: Permanent

Additional Requirement: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle is preferable (business mileage will be reimbursed)

What will a day in the life of a Cluster Manager involve?

  • Directing and advising on operational matters to shops in your cluster.
  • Supporting with people related tasks, such as recruitment and assisting with performance management situations.
  • Monitoring KPIs, assisting shop teams to deliver results, driving sales and raising vital funds to help those in crisis.
  • Promoting the shop in the community and responding to local queries about the services of the BRC.
  • Fostering and growing a commercial and customer focused shop, ensuring knowledge of local competition and retail sector trends.

To be a successful Cluster Manager, what will you need?

  • Retail experience at a managing level, outstanding customer service and experience with cash handling duties.
  • Proven management skills, you know how to develop and inspire your team.
  • The skill to translate complex processes down to clear tasks and tailor communications to suit your audience.
  • To care about the British Red Cross cause and have the ability to promote the shop in your area.
