What will you be doing as a Volunteering Strategy Project Coordinator?

  • Assist in the development and execution of volunteer strategy projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and integration of volunteer programs.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the evaluation and enhancement of volunteer programs.
  • Facilitate communication and engagement with volunteers and stakeholders.

To be a successful Volunteering Strategy Project Coordinator you will have:

  • Volunteering and volunteer management including the development and implementation of innovative volunteer programmes and models.
  • Project management experience.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Willingness to travel and/or use technology to engage stakeholders.
  • Passion for humanitarian work and community service.
  • The ability to occasionally work outside of normal office hours.
  • Loyalty to the values and mission of the British Red Cross.
