Lead and inspire a team of staff and volunteers, creating a welcoming environment where everyone can thrive. Drive sales, meet targets and identify new opportunities to maximise income and support the British Red Cross. Create an inviting shop floor with eye-catching displays, well-presented stock and an excellent customer experience. Manage the day-to-day running of the shop, including stock, cash handling, compliance and operational processes. Build strong connections within the local community, championing the British Red Cross and the difference we make every day. To be a successful Shop Manager, what will you need? Experience leading a retail team, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others to achieve their best. A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience. Commercial awareness and confidence using sales data to drive performance and meet targets. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep shop operations running smoothly.
