What will a day in the life of a Key Accounts Executive involve? You'll be:
- Handling inbound calls and emails from customers, focusing on resolving their queries at first contact.
- Coordinating customer workflows, including resource planning for first aid requirements and managing third-party customer needs.
- Providing administrative and analytical support to enhance processes and systems, ensuring they meet customer requirements.
- Maintaining accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and booking databases, keeping all customer information updated.
- Participating in team meetings and supporting your colleagues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborating with internal teams to share customer feedback, review processes, and schedule training sessions.
