Hours: 35 per week

Could you be responsible for the set-up and execution of our paid digital marketing campaigns on Pay per Click (PPC) channels (Search Engines, YouTube and Display)? Could you deliver campaigns in house or with our media agency, monitoring and optimising campaigns based on performance? Could you also be responsible for the maintenance of our paid search and YouTube accounts, testing new features and expanding the PPC portfolio through a test and learn approach?

What will a PPC Manager's job involve?

  • Develop strong media plans for pay per click campaigns (PPC, YouTube and display) that set ambitious targets and achieve strong ROAS.
  • Responsible for the set-up of pay per click campaigns and the execution of media plans on search engines platforms, ensuring campaigns have the right set-up and meet deadlines.
  • Responsible for directly implementing optimisations on pay per click campaigns or discuss and monitor optimisations implemented by the media agency.
  • Act as Paid Search Lead for Emergency Appeals, including launching the appeal, coordinating the assets creation, optimising and reporting into senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the SEO Specialist to ensure the implementation of a one search strategy.
  • Being responsible for providing and presenting paid search performance into PCAs and internal forums.
  • Responsible for the set-up of paid social campaigns and the execution of media plans on social media platforms, ensuring campaigns have the right set-up and meet deadlines.

What will a PPC Manager need to be successful?

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of digital marketing, particularly paid search, YouTube and display.
  • Strong understanding of digital media plans and digital KPIs, particularly paid search, YouTube and display.
  • Understanding of digital metrics and the ability to make optimisations for multiple campaigns for pay per click campaigns.
  • Strong experience in running digital campaigns, especially on paid search, display and YouTube.
  • Good experience in working with media agencies.
  • Good experience in creating digital first assets for PPC campaigns.
  • Outstanding experience in indirectly setting and running digital marketing campaigns on paid search and display channels.
  • Strong experience in cross-channel communications planning, and campaign planning, execution, and optimisation.
