Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Run the daily operations of a regulated Care at Home service.
- Provide support, supervision, training, and development to staff and volunteers.
- Monitor service quality, outcomes, and compliance with care standards.
- Manage budgets, staffing levels, and ensure person‑centred support plans are in place.
Qualifications & Experience
- SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and a PDA in Supervision (or equivalent).
- Experience managing care services, including staff supervision and budget control.
- Strong understanding of health and social care standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
