As a Senior Insight Officer you’ll lead the creation and delivery of high‑quality insight and analysis that informs strategic decisions across the British Red Cross. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you’ll manage projects from start to finish, ensuring insights are clear, actionable, and timely. You’ll design and produce engaging insight products, conduct qualitative research, and provide expert advice to senior leaders. This role calls for someone who can balance multiple priorities, communicate complex ideas simply, and champion best practice in evidence‑based decision‑making. Your work will help shape services and strategies that support people who are vulnerable to crisis in the UK and internationally.

What will a day in the life of a Senior Insight Officer involve?
