Salary: £27,000 per annum

As a Learning & Operations Specialist (Projects), you’ll play a key role in shaping how our teams learn, grow, and deliver impact. You’ll spearhead projects to improve the learner experience, manage operational processes, and ensure compliance with organisational standards. Working closely with colleagues across the charity, you’ll support continuous improvement and help embed best practice in everything we do. This role calls for someone who is forward thinking, technically minded and has a keen eye for detail. You will ensure learning initiatives are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with our mission. You’ll be central to making sure our people have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.

What will a day in the life of a Learning & Operations Specialist (Projects) involve?
