What will a day in the life of a Cluster Manager involve?

Directing and advising on operational matters to shops in your cluster. Supporting with people related tasks, such as recruitment and assisting with performance management situations. Monitoring KPIs, assisting shop teams to deliver results, driving sales and raising vital funds to help those in crisis. Promoting the shop in the community and responding to local queries about the services of the BRC. Fostering and growing a commercial and customer focused shop, ensuring knowledge of local competition and retail sector trends. To be a successful Cluster Manager, what will you need?

Retail experience at a managing level, outstanding customer service and experience with cash handling duties. Proven management skills, you know how to develop and inspire your team. The skill to translate complex processes down to clear tasks and tailor communications to suit your audience.
