Location: Dartford and Gravesend - with travel around the surrounding area

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Contract: Casual as and when required

Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle. Business mileage paid

What will a day in the life of a Support Worker involve?

  • Providing practical and emotional support, including welfare calls, shopping, and home visits.
  • Supporting adults after a hospital stay to help them recover safely at home.
  • Responding to referrals from clinicians and community health professionals.
  • Assessing needs and following a personalised support plan for each service user.

Qualifications

  • A kind, calm and confident approach with great people skills.
  • Right to Work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive service vehicles.
  • Basic IT skills and a commitment to following procedures.
