Community Support Worker

Location: Inverness and Dingwall area

Salary: £24,479 per annum (£13.45 per hour)

Hours: 35 per week

Contract: Permanent

Additional Requirement: Successful candidates will be required to register with the Scottish Social Security Council (SSSC) within 3 months of starting. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

What does a day in the life of a Support Worker involve?

  • Liaising with health and social care professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
  • Promoting safety and wellbeing through risk assessments and welfare checks.

To be a successful Support Worker, what will you need?

  • Excellent communication skills and a caring, respectful approach.
  • Right to Work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship.
  • Experience supporting people with physical, sensory, or mental health needs.
  • Knowledge of community care resources and risk assessments.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a willingness to register with the SSSC.
