What will a day in the life of an Ecommerce Assistant involve?

Photographing and listing donated items for sale on platforms like eBay and DEPOP.

Writing engaging, honest product descriptions that follow brand guidelines.

Handling stock and keeping the workspace tidy, safe and efficient.

Responding to customer queries and supporting shop teams with feedback.

To be a successful Ecommerce Assistant, what will you need?

Knowledge of online marketplaces and confidence using IT systems.

Strong attention to detail and good written communication skills.

Experience in customer service or a sales-driven environment.
