As a Registered Manager, you'll take charge of a regulated care service area. You'll lead with purpose, manage resources wisely, and inspire your team to deliver care that truly matters.

What will a day in the life of a Registered Manager involve?

  • Leading the day-to-day running of a regulated Care at Home service.
  • Supporting staff and volunteers through supervision, training, and development.
  • Monitoring service quality, outcomes, and compliance with care standards.

To be a successful Registered Manager, what will you need?

  • SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and a PDA in Supervision (or equivalent).
  • Experience managing care services, including staff supervision and budget control.
  • Strong understanding of health and social care standards and regulatory frameworks.
