Ecommerce Assistant — Location: Cheshire; Salary: £22,932 per annum; Hours: Casual Contract.

Responsibilities

  • Photographing and listing donated items for sale on platforms like eBay and DEPOP.
  • Writing engaging, honest product descriptions that follow brand guidelines.
  • Handling stock and keeping the workspace tidy, safe and efficient.
  • Responding to customer queries and supporting shop teams with feedback.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of online marketplaces and confidence using IT systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and good written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or a sales-driven environment.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work quickly to set standards.
