This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic team while developing your skills in administration and data management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines with ease, and maintaining professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities
- Event Delivery Team Support: Assist with delegate and speaker management for the event delivery team, focusing on the flagship events, diary management, and general data/admin tasks department wide
- Data Management: Use CRM to manage data, maintain online filing systems, and ensure data accuracy
- Communication: Coordinate communications department wide, arrange panel calls for the event delivery team, and manage collateral
- Execution: Support the event delivery team on in person and digital event execution, manage delegate bookings, and handle pre- and post-event communications
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain department wide files, systems, and databases, manage inboxes, and support ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on process improvement
- Adaptable and flexible, able to respond to changing business needs
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM databases (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
- Exceptional accuracy and proof-reading abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
