Are you an experienced Project Manager who can drive projects from initiation through to delivery? Do you thrive in a role where organisation, communication, and continuous improvement are key? We are looking for a Project Manager to join BPAS, reporting to the Head of Programme Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering assigned projects across the organisation, ensuring they are effectively scoped, planned, and delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
You will work closely with stakeholders across BPAS, supporting organisational priorities through effective project delivery, governance, reporting, and change management.
Main duties of the job:
- Manage assigned projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans, risk and issue logs, highlight reports, and governance records.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders, operational teams, subject matter experts, and external partners.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to support effective project delivery and change management.
- Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders and senior leads as required.
- Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies appropriately, supporting continuous improvement and lessons learned activities.
About you:
You’ll have proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, including planning, reporting, and risk management, and be confident working with stakeholders. Strong organisation and prioritisation skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and produce clear, accurate reporting. You’ll have a sound understanding of project management principles and methodologies, or hybrid approaches.

Location: Hybrid working with visits to BPAS Head office typically on a monthly basis. This could vary depending on project needs. Travel may also be required to other BPAS locations in line with business needs.

Experience:
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation to delivery, including planning, risk management, and reporting.
