Are you someone who enjoys working with data and ensuring accuracy in everything you do? Do you thrive in a role where you can support both business development and operational processes? BPAS are looking for a Business Development and Data Administrator to support our Business Development Team and Data Processing and Reports Manager. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate data recording and management to support invoicing, reporting and auditing. It also provides administrative support across a range of business development activities. You will contribute to the smooth running of key systems and processes, supporting service development, contract management and internal reporting.
This is a full‑time, permanent position working 36 hours per week on a hybrid basis, over Monday to Friday. Travel to Head Office in Leamington Spa will typically be required once a month.
About You
You will have previous administrative experience and experience working with data, with the ability to handle information accurately and methodically. You will be confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. You will be highly organised, able to manage your workload to meet deadlines, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
Main duties of the job
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of patient information to support invoicing, reporting and auditing
- Monitor and audit data to ensure completeness and accuracy of invoicing information
- Support the production and submission of invoicing documentation
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development Team, including meeting coordination and action tracking
- Assist with service development activities, including mobilisation of new services and tender administration
- Support BIS/CAS system processes, including data management, reporting and user helpdesk support
- Maintain accurate contract data and support data quality through regular auditing and updates
